This is said with the "me too" qualification that Todd's going to be churning out really, really cool stuff, regardless. I'm just trying to defend a position more than anything, maybe throwing out ideas for extensibility in later versions, or something.
Dual monitor in and of itself isn't an issue, really. Once a window is launched, it can be move anywhere you want. So a clue-giver's screen can just be moved wherever.
You can have multiple flash applications open, and you can have one of them control another one. Whether to have the game logic display the answers in its own windows or in an external window, the choice can be start-screen toggled.
The extra in-game code is pretty minimal. Just, when you have a place that chances the clue-giver's screen, check against the toggle to decide which screen is changed.
