I have a winter awards banquet coming up in early December, and I want to know what's the best way to play Family Feud with the following information:
12 tables 10 people max in each table. Each person must participate.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on making this possible.

Family Feud is not meant to be played with 120 people. There's really no easy way to do this but I do have an idea that might be crazy enough to work. Split up the entire room so you have six tables on each side of the room. Each side will play together as a "family." Designate the tables on each side with numbers 1-6. For the first round, have each member from Table 1 on each side come up to play the first round. When the round is finished, have both sides go back to their original tables and have Table 2 on each side come up for round 2. Repeat this process for each following round. Something else to consider is you don't want the game to end without each table playing the game. Most games on the TV show can be won with 4 or 5 rounds. You will want to change some rules to ensure each table plays. During the '85 season of Family Feud, games were played until a family reached 400 points and the game consisted of four single rounds, a double round, and the rest were triple rounds. Since this game could also be won in 5 rounds, that won't work. I would suggest you play the game to 500 points. I would have the first four rounds as Single rounds, then two Double rounds, then have the rest as Triple rounds. It's going to be a long game but I don't think you have much of a choice with 120 people playing. If you're going to do the Fast Money round, I would draw numbers to see which two players from the winning side will play. After the game is over, breathe a heavy sigh of relief. Then kick the guy, whether it be yourself or someone else, who came up with this idea in the first place.

You need to find a new game ;D
Maybe a tournament? Table 1 vs. table 2 would be one game, then table 3 vs. 4, etc.
You'll end up with maybe 50 games, but everyone gets to play. BTW, you'd better make sure it's a sleep over.

BTW, you'd better make sure it's a sleep over. I don't think an all-night Family Feud tournament will be a good thing for anybody. As for a 500-point game, I used a 4S/3D/T setting and I didn't even make it to round 7 b/c one team wound up blanking the other completely. My traditional 400-point game is 3S/2D/T and I've never had to go to a round 6. I think a good idea could be a 600-point game with the 4S/3D/T format (mentioned earlier). This way each team could give a fair amount of answers without it dragging. Granted, you'll have to keep a Ray Combs pace with these huge games, but I think the payoff will be worth it. Although it's possible to play a 1,000-point game with the FFPS, I strongly advise against it. I don't want to go to Quadruple-point rounds and then have to go through different hoops trying to get everyone on the same page. And for pete's sake, REMEMBER A MICROPHONE! I can't tell you how many times I was asked to speak up in my first time hosting with that thing.

A 600 point game doesn't drag on?! Pfft.
I do 400 point games online, which is totally different with live, but in all my versions I do a S-S-D-D-T-T version. Last night since I did three games, I went to 300 using that format.

You could always play all single rounds or single and double only instead of raising the point goal.

Thanks for the suggestions. Todd, I gave your suggestion to the HR Director in my company. I'll ask her what she thinks about it, and whether it will be used or not.

I think way too many people but to make it fair for everyone to play devide the tables in half so you will hae two teams of 6 tables. Then each table will act like one member of the family. Each table would vote on who would be the table leader. that person will go up and do the face off. While game is in play each table will have to decide on one answer which can only be given by the leader of that table. Play the game the normal way but instead of going to one person at a time you go to one table at a time. For fast money depened on which team of tables wins could have a lotto system to pick who out of the 60 people will play fast money. Give everyone a number then randomly pick out two to playfast money. I thinks this way will take forever and you might start to loose people interest. Maybe break it down to two games so instead of 120 people play at one time only 60 at one time. then the other 60 can play the second game. But i think leaving the 5 family format will just be to crazy to control but still might be kinda fun.

It's going to get crazy if they do this, though!
