I am 90% sure that Dawson Feud never used a format like that. That episode brings back memories. If I remember right, it was Mama that made their family lose. I forget, what was the question asked and what did Mama say???

the question was "name something you wind up". The family said "macanical man" and "music box". But Mama said "a letter" because she got letters from someone and at the end of each letter they wrote "well i got to go now, so i have to wind up this letter". The Harpers had a chance to steal in the triple round after a few of the VanCourtland's said some funny answers.

Were the "VanCourtland's" a REAL family? Or, were they actors?

I'm sure they were just actors. At the very least, they were a real family with spoofed names.

Yeah i would say the VanCourtlands had some really messed up names. Webster, Bunny, Muffy, Binky, And Tiffy. mama said during the show: "Bunny, muffy, Binky the whole Family is names after puppets" when Richard was over with the other team.

I didn't notice this before but in the intro they didn't have the Family Feud logo on the board. I wonder why?

Where are you talking about? I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary except for some of Gene Wood's dialog.

what are you talking about? 40 seconds into the video is the point when they do that shot of the whole set. If you pause it right around that point you notice that there is no Family Feud logo on the big board. It's just red and orange. Trust me it's there.

I gotta ask...Bobbie Dooley? You know what you look like to me with your cheap bag and your bad shoes. You look like a rube. A well scrubbed hustling rube. Good nutrition has given you legnth of bone but your not too far removed from poor white trash and Oh how the boys loved you with all those tideous sticky fumblings in the back seats of cars. Dreaming of getting everywhere dreaming of getting anywhere. Getting all the way to the F.B.I.
