I hope everyone caught the very nice suprise GSN gave us for Halloween...they aired a special halloween edition of Family Feud '94 when Richard came back!
Hopefully, Todd was able to catch this to assist him with the Feud '94 presentation software.

Hopefully, Todd was able to catch this to assist him with the Feud '94 presentation software. Nope because I didn't realize GSN aired the Feud on Sundays as their schedule is always changing. But as always, I'm willing to accept tape donations.

Had I known FEUD '94 was about to air, I would've taped it from the beginning! We have three TVs, two of which are hooked up to Dish Network, and one TV (in the basement) has a VCR. I was upstairs at 3pm sitting on the recliner... my heart nearly stopped and my jaw fell out when I saw the '94 set. I was in shock when my mom asked me, "What is THIS?" "FAMILY FEUD." I said. Gene Wood called out Richard Dawson and mom asked, "Who is THAT?" "Richard Dawson." I said "That is NOT Richard Dawson!" said mom. "That is NOT Richard Dawson!!" My mom was in disbelief at Dawson's white hair and obesity. Now that I have FINALLY seen the '94 set in all it's glory, I can say this... The '94 is actually good! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 7. Yes there were flaws but overall, it was a good set. As for Dawson's speech "problem", I could hear him. I think he spoke with the same loudness as in the original, the difference in my opinion was that the microphones were less sensitive than before.

Does this mean GSN once again has the rights to the TNPIR and Combs' FFC episodes again, or has GSN had the one episode this whole time?
P.S. I forgot to mention in the previous message that I DID tape the hour-long show. I started taping when the absent-minded team captain finished introducing the first family.

Would you be willing to share the tape? I have never seen the 94 set and love to see it! There are other things on that tape that are relevant to me. If the '94 Feud was the first show I recorded on there, then I would share it. I want everyone to listen to me here... Family Feud is on at 3-4pm 7 DAYS A WEEK now! If you cannot be home to watch it, tape it. If you are home to watch it, tape it anyway!

And it's a good thing they changed the schedule to have it air the same time everyday. I was unaware Family Feud aired Sunday at 3:00. I was at home could have not only taped it, but viewed it as it was airing. Too bad I missed it. It would have been a great help to the Feud rewrite.

Todd, I hope you will set your VCR to record the FEUD marathon on Thanksgiving. GSN "might" show Dawson '94 again. The marathon airs from 11am to 6am CST. (So use an 8-hour blank tape) If it was up to me, I would air 3 hours of Dawson, 3 hours of Combs, and 1 hour of Dawson '94. Hopefully, GSN has something like that in mind.
