Sir, two things:
1. Please use complete sentences so we know what the heck you're talking about.
2. It sounds like you are having cable problems that you need to call your cable company to fix.

all the other tv full cable serivice are working really good. ;D it only the downstair tv what is hook up to digital box here are systoms 1. hozontial lines 2. bright line at bottom 3. picture get really fuzzy 4. it doesn' happen everyday only every 2 day 5. black boarderd at top of screen when we turn off digitalbox & tv and then turn everything back on the picture is fine so don't think it tv is causing the problem I'm deffinatly not an expert at this but I have an idea because something like this happen to me recently. In the living room of the house we had a TV that was hooked up to a VCR and a satilite system. All the other inputs worked on it except the VCR. I naturally thought it was the VCR so I used a different VCR only to have the same result. I finally figured out it was the wires which was hooked up to the VCR which was doing that. It turns out wires (especially when they get older) decress in quality. So my answer is get some new wires that hook up to your cable box and TV. If that doesn't work it's probably is the cable box. P.S. next time you try use better grammer. 'kay?
