They are deffinatly very playful plus they have spunk  . Are friendly? Do they ever scratch you? |

Friendly? Well, I don't know. When the see each other, they start sniffing at each other. After a few seconds of that, they're running after each other and swatting each other. One of the cats--the resident cat--hisses and growls but is slowly starting to not do that. From what I've read and from what people are telling me, their behavior is typical and not of any concern. I've also been told this behavior will die down and they'll eventually learn to live with each other peacefully.
The lighter cat of the two is Chloe. The darker cat, whom my brother named Mr. Meow Britches, will probably be named Yuriy (your-EE). Neither of the two cats scratch or claw Kathy or me. Chloe is a rather playful cat with a lot of energy while Yuriy is more subdued. Yuriy crawls in your lap and rests and sometimes climbs up on top of your shoulders in order to perch like a parrot.
