If a question has 11 answers on the board, and you are at the face-off podium and hit the "O" key to see the board, it shows 12 answers instead of 11.

And something else I noticed, but not sure if it was done on purpose. In version 2.1, if a family sweeps the board without three strikes, you could reveal the final answer on the board then immediately hit the Left or Right key to award the points to the winning family and sound the bells. The points for the final answer would be correctly added to the total before moving the points.
In 3.0 and on, you must wait for the points to be added to the total (about 1 second) before hitting the arrow keys and sounding the bells. If you hit the arrows before the points have been added they will NOT be added to the score. Was this an intentional change? Normally I like to sound the bells as soon as the final correct answer is given.

I haven't checked out the first glitch you reported. It's on the back burner for now although I will investigate. Not too many people have 11 or 12 answer surveys I would think.
The delay you mentioned is intentional. When answers were revealed in the show, the score always had a delay before updating. I really wanted this to be reflected in my software. The unfortunant drawback is one you've pointed out.

One other thing, it's minor, but it is a bug...
When you are playing the Fast Money portion of the game, if the answer you are about to reveal pushes the total to 200 or more, there is no ding for the reveal of the numerical answer. Also, no delay to zooming out to the whole board and the winning end sequence. Instead, immediately after revelaing the number, which may not be visible on faster machines, the program immediately cuts to the end sequence.

I just haven't made all that great of an ending sequence. I'd still like to create a better one because I'm not really satisfied with it either. Little things like this are what's pushing Family Feud Challenge back so far!
