Before (Remember at the start of each sentence you capitalize the first letter)

you go to bed on April 2, 2005 (Remember to captitalize the first letter of the month.)

I don't even know where to begin here. Ah, yes "begain" is not a word. Since you are saying something in future tense I think you want to use the word begins. So let's change it and see what we have now.

"change clock 1 hour ahead because
daylight saving time begins."

"change clock 1 hour ahead" is not a grammaticaly correct sentence. That one is easy all you need to add the word "the" and put that between the words "change" and "clock".

Now we have....
"Change the clock 1 hour ahead because daylight savings time begins"

That looks much better, now let's put it all together.

Before you go to bed on April 2 , 2005.
Change the clock 1 hour ahead because
daylight savings time begins.

Much better.
