Thanks for the comment.
Somehow the template file for the old site messed up and I was having trouble updating the pages. See, if I ever wanted to update the links on the left-hand menu bar all I would have to do is change the template file and it would automatically update all the pages for me. I lost that ability when that file crapped out on me.
I think the new site is better. But just bear in mind that I'm really not that good of a web developer at all.
