Here at home, when I pick up the phone, the dial tone sounds like it has laryngitus, and someone cut the phone line causing problems throughout the county. Before any of you call this a "frivolous" excuse, it's not!
I have dial-up, so HOW did I just send those two messages? I'm in a library in ANOTHER county.
So enjoy your little "break" from me... while it lasts. LOLOLOLOL

Just goes to show that if you're going to talk big game, you really need to back it up. Which is why I complain about stupid AI in certain games that I play, but that's beside the point. Even I could do better. And to prove it, I have a Super Cybermillionaire logo. I first made it in MS Word (not shown, but yes, the word-processor), and one in Photoshop (below). Another point this proves is that MS Paint doesn't cut it when you're trying to make something complex. Once again, if you're gonna talk big game, back it up. And not with some whack-job you did in about 30 minutes. I'm not putting anybody down; just presenting the truth and the facts. I agree with you grey, big time. I must admit that even i can't compete with todd, though i can probably compete with feudfan (with a little help of course ;D). My palace feud 94 set looks good in MS Paint and i know that Grey can vouch for me since he helped me make the survey board to match the board on the tv. Feudfan ive got a few things to say here... No guts, No glory and take that garbage ridden MS Paint Podium and shove it! ;D

You sound like you're impressed with my picture. MS Paint is the only program I have to make pictures from. I think the reason why many here think the picture is "primitive" is no texture and shadows. This time Todd, show JUST your podium alongside mine, AND with the bars lit. No, I am not impressed with your artwork. I thought I explained this in the lengthy e-mail I sent you. I was being very sarcastic when I said I didn't "know about this one," and that "I may have met my match." Yes, people here think your artwork is primative partly because there are no textures or shadows. That's because textures and shadows play a big part of making artwork look GOOD. Picking out colors that don't resemble 8-bit NES graphics, as mentioned by WesternEstates, also helps add visual edge. But to just say people don't like your work because it has no artistic concept is like driving a Ford Pinto in the Daytona 500 and saying, "people think I'm slow because I'm driving a car with a crappy engine in it." Get real. Folks, he sent me another picture of the podium with the face of it lit up on both sides. Trust me, it's just as bad. feudfan, you'll just get more harsh criticism on top of what you've already heard and I dont' want this place turning into a circus. Unless you're desperate to have it posted, I'm not putting it up. But you're going to have to provide your own means for hosting the image this time--no more free rides from me. I asked Feudfan to look up some job listings for graphic artists and web designers. I told him to look at the software they want you to know. You'll see Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, just to name a few. You will NOT see Microsoft Paint. MS Paint is based on code that dates back to the early 90's and is not a professional-grade program! We're probably better off ignoring this guy. He's just going to be an irritant no matter how many people tell him his artwork sucks.

We're probably better off ignoring this guy. He's just going to be an irritant no matter how many people tell him his artwork sucks. I just wanted to make one more remark about his picture. Another thing I noticed which I forgot to mention was the poportion of the whole podium area is wrong. There is not a big red panel that covers that covers the bottom part of podium. The way Todd has his is correct. It's a little red panel and below that you can see the floor. Also he has no legs on his podium which there deffinatly was in the 70's and 80's version of Family Feud. Also the distance between where the contestants rest there hands before the question is asked and the buzzer is incorrect on his. In matter of fact the one on Todd's is also correct. How's that for nit-picking ;D. Oh I can't resist, he also doesn't have the blue background with the lights on it and he doesn't have anything resembling the stairs or floor. I could go on forever but I don't want my fingers to fall off ;D. I'm really curious to see the picture that feudfan has sent todd but I agree that it isn't a good idea to post it. I think in some weird way he likes this attention. It's probably the only kind he gets .

Please explain how my podium proportions are wrong. Todd's podium IS correct for MOST of the Combs run, but in the show's last year... the podium DID have a big red panel. Also he has no legs on his podium which there deffinatly was in the 70's and 80's version of Family Feud. What do you mean by "No Legs"? I just corrected this "hand-rest/plunger" error. Unfortunately, Todd doesn't want me to send him any more pictures, and I don't know how to post pictures on the message board by myself. I try to, but there is this "Information wizard" I have to deal with. When I told Todd to show JUST the podium, I meant JUST the podium, not the podium with the gameboard backdrop and the off-white step. I thought we were supposed to be comparing the podiums... not the pictures.

I thought we were supposed to be comparing the podiums... not the pictures. Feudfan, your podium proportions are wrong in several ways, including the fact that the legs and gold trim around the face of the podium is way too thin. In fact, the reason someone said your podium doesn't show legs is because they're so small they're not easily visible. Besides, it's just to plain looking to be visually pleasing to the eye. Concerning the red panel that covers the opening between the podium legs; I realize it existed at the end of the show's run but chose not to use that one. Did you ever consider the face that I based the graphic off of the first FF Challenge show? Because that's where it came from. I'll allow you to e-mail me one more picture and I'll host the image file for one last time. But then that's it. Then I'm going to let whoever say whatever they want about it and that's going to be the end of it. I'm tired of this. You just don't get it and nothing I do, short of flat-out telling you off which I will not do, can make you understand that your artwork is decades behind. The information wizard does exactly what it should do. The fact you can't figure out how to host an image file is your problem. The host of this forum (not me) does not allow images to be stored on their servers. And if you complain about any more services of this forum, you're banned.

Actually, I've had about enough. feudfan is banned. "You are the weakest link, goodbye."
With an anniversary coming up, I don't need stuff like this. Let's move on and enjoy from here. More news to come!

He was a joy to be the subject of my first flame storm. ;D btw, for those curious, the Super CyberMillionaire logo took me about 3-4 hours over two days to make.

Mark me as impressed with your graphic, too. It's awesome! Oh, sorry I took your target of flame storms away. It just got old.
