Hi Todd!
These are VERY small inconsistencies with the show, but I thought I'd bring them up just because I know what a great job you did making Feud as much like the real thing as possible and I figured you'd want feedback on everything.
Whether you change these or not will not make the game any more or less enjoyable for me. It's terrif as is!
*I just don't want you to think I'm being overly critical or complaining, because I'm certainly not!!!
The set design seems to emulate the Davidson version of Pyramid (the light pattern and the size of the "$100,000" at the top of the Pyramid), however, the pattern that the trilons flash in does not match with the way this light pattern was used on both the Clark AND Davidson versions.
For example, on the Clark version (except for a few weeks on 25K Pyramid), they always used the "two light" crawling pattern on the Pyramid with the "stacking levels" trilon light pattern...meaning each of the three levels of trilons would light (and remain lit) one level at a time, then turn off and repeat.
Your game uses the "three light" crawling pattern on the Pyramid. When this was used on the show, the trilons always flashed on/off one level at a time...meaning the bottom level would flash and turn off, then the second level would flash and turn off, then the top trilon would flash and turn off....then repeat.
Does that make ANY sense?
One other thing...when the intro is done and you press "PgDown", the music stops but the lights continue to flash. On the show, the lights always stopped blinking (all lit) after the intro was over.
*edit...I see you've already addressed that in another thread...sorry.
As always Todd...great stuff. Can't wait to see the final product!
