Todd, I just had an epiphany (I also wanted to post and see just out of curiosity how RC4 is coming along, if it is, and now I have an excuse I was running through the Pyramid software open, and a really good (and I think easy to implement) idea occurred to me. Right now the open goes like this: 1) Black 2) Fade up on dimmed set, lights running, full music 3) Logo pops up. 4) Logo zooms out, set lightens 5) Music stops. Lights still running 6) Take to category board for Game One. Here's my idea: In Step 5, instead of leaving the lights running, why not take to a still shot of the set with all lights illuminated? Exact same shot, the effect would just be that the running lights stopped. My logic behind this is that the set will be ready for when the host would do the "This is the Winner's Circle, this is where you try for $10,000 or $25,000, and to get there, here are the subjects!" And a PgDn would take to the category board and you'd get rolling. Would that be hard to do?

Todd-- I'm also interested to see when an updated/final version (1.0) of Pyramid will be completed. I'd love to use it for my semester review from my classes at the end of this week or the end of the following week. (I realize the end of this week may be pushing it.) But, I'd just like to know if I might be able to start organizing my review activity to fit Pyramid's style or if I should plan on another activity. (Again, just curious). Thanks! (Love the new site design!)

Chris and all,
Well, so far I haven't worked much with RC3. Perhaps next week I'll get back with it. After some of the good bug and feature reports from the last release, I'll be able to create a workable version 1.
I like your idea about starting the game and no, it wouldn't be hard to do at all. Thanks so much for the suggestion.
