With summer vacation time here for the kiddies it's time to finish Pyramid! Several issues are being addressed from the release candicate versions we've all seen thus far. Some, on the other hand, may be harder to fix than others or may not be addressable at all.
First of all, the series on dings we all heard in RC3 are gone...All gone! That is, of course, unless it's an appropriate time to sound them. The second major issue is the text vertical alignment for the trilons. Since RC3 was released, I have been experimenting with ways to work around this problem. So far I have not been able to provide a fool-proof solution to fix it. I've worked on some methods that will help address the problem but it never works 100%. There must be some workaround...
Otherwise, work is well underway. As always, stay tuned here for more updates leading to Pyramid Version1.

Awesome Todd...CAN'T WAIT!!!
BTW...the text centering thing is a VERY minor issue IMO. I'd say forget it if you can't get it to work reliably. This game's a thing-a-beauty and that's just a small mole! :-D
Keep up the great work.

I think the centering method I'm using works okay...it'll be better than it is now. We'll see. I may just leave it alone. I mainly just want to get a release out there that will work for everyone.

Good stuff, Todd. Looking forward to giving the new release the acid test. And I know I've mentioned the vertical centering in the past, but let me echo everyone else's sentiments by saying that it's absolutely a back-burner thing for me as a user too...fix it if it's fun to do it, but getting the game working is totally more important.

Todd-- I know summer can get really hectic but I was just curious if there was an updated time-table as far as the release of Pyramid v. 1? I'm beginning to update my lesson plans for school and was interested in seeing if I might be able to use Pyramid this fall. No rush...just curious. Thanks!

Yeah, I haven't checked in for a while, so I've been curious as to how this is coming along too...
