Todd,
When I saw that the quick download link for the FFPS zip archive said v3.2b, I tried to download the game to check to see if it was right. It turned out that it was still v3.2a, which has been available since early February. I'm just wondering if this was a typo on the link.

Hmm...I'll check into that. It's not supposed to be the older one. I never uploaded anything different to the server other than the pages. That download file was just moved from its existing place to the new one. I'll find out what's going on.
