An Italian company called "Breter" manufactures the "Oscillated Mushroom Switches" used on PYL and tons of other shows....I've tried sending them e-mails before, and have gotten no responses...(I enquired about prices and such..) Visit them at www.breter.it

That company isn't the only one that sells mushroom-style pushbutton switches. If you do a Google search for "mushroom pushbuttons," you'll come up with a lot of results.

I only have about another 5 days to get these ordered before the 22nd.

As far as I know, there are no products available that allow you to directly hook these buttons up to your PC. If you want to do something like this, you need to hack a joystick or keyboard circuit board and solder the taps to the buttons yourself. That's how I got mine to work.

Just wondering if you were ever able to locate the stand-alone face off display program that you had said was somewhere on your hard drive. I'm going to be using the presentation software for a christmas party and was hoping to use it with the face off controller that I built.
I'm currently in the process of adding C7 lights and sound to the controller/stand. I just wont have it ready by this weekend. I'll post some pics and details when it's completed which hopefully will be soon.
Thanks,

I've been doing quite a bit of research lately on buzzer systems. Good grief, they're charging a lot of money out there! I could do what they're doing for so much less. www.buzzers.com sells a 3-player buzzer system for $150 and all it does is show the lockout information in a small window with no other visuals for the players or audience. You know, I really could do about the same thing for half the price. The electronics may not look quite as flashy or fancy, but I can make the buzzers look quite decent for hand-held or slap-button styles. There may not be much of a market for this but I'm going to start working on a few prototpyes.
